Lady Beck shortbread is baked using a traditional Scottish recipe which has been passed down through the generations by word of mouth. The recipe was given to me when I was a wee girl, by an elderly lady who lived in Balfron, Stirlingshire – the village in Scotland where I grew up.

I use only natural pure ingredients – Lady Beck shortbread is the real thing!
